Welcome to my page at Nat Evans Coaching. My aim is to help you in achieving your fitness goals and to make exercise a normal part of your life. Whether you're looking to start your fitness journey or continue your training, I offer personalised 1-to-1 coaching and engaging fitness classes designed to help you succeed. Who am I?

My background and experience in coaching sports and fitness is vast. It's a vocation and a real passion. I have helped thousands of clients from a range of backgrounds achieve their goals. My experience involves being a soldier, a PTI for the Police, teaching sports in schools, coaching 1-2-1 and delivering fitness lessons already in the local community. As well as being a mum of 2 beautiful girls and managing a busy family dynamic. I get it!

I provide a range of fitness services tailored to your unique needs and aspirations. From individualised personal training to motivating group fitness classes, I am dedicated to helping you achieve sustainable results.

I can train you at home or at a seperate location. We can try and navigate prioritizing your fitness around work and family demands. 

1-to-1 Personal Training

Experience fitness training designed specifically for you. I will work with you to create a training plan that meets your goals and helps you succeed. I can provide online or in person training in a wide range of fitness styles. To find what you enjoy, or to focus more specifically on an aspect you want to develop or improve in.

 

Fitness Classes

Fitness classes are a fun and effective way to stay active. Suitable for all fitness levels, my classes offer a supportive and energetic environment to help you reach your potential. Make friends and build a support group that helps you make positive actions towards your goals. I am very experienced at working with clients to modify or change exercises, where needed, to work around injuries or limiting factors. The focus is on movement for life, health and personal goals.

Nutrition Guidance

I can help you to implement long term nutritional changes to reach your goals. That are realisic, sustainable and that fit in with your schedule and lifestyle.

Let me show you my realistic methods to meal prep, prepare delicious fresh food and just generally best friend yourself with regards to nutrition.
